JK4 Terms & Conditions for Filipino Players Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the JK4 platform, accessible at jk4.best and through the official JK4 mobile application. By accessing the platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you accept these Terms in full.

If you are accessing JK4 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use JK4, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active JK4 account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.

You must not impersonate another person, use false information, or register using details that do not belong to you. JK4 may conduct identity verification at any stage. If discrepancies are found between the information you provided and your verified identity documents, your account may be suspended pending resolution.

Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JK4 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on JK4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification before they can be processed. 5. Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game on the JK4 platform — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo sessions — you acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by JK4, the game provider, or any external party.

You agree that all bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, JK4's decision on the outcome of affected bets is final. If a game error results in an incorrectly displayed win, any payout credited in error will be reclaimed from your account balance.

All promotional offers on JK4 are subject to the general Terms set out here as well as the specific conditions stated on each individual offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotion terms apply to that offer.

Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement. Winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been fully met.

JK4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Attempting to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once, or using matched betting strategies across accounts — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

Bonus offers are available to players in the Philippines only. Players who are found to have accessed an offer from an ineligible location or under ineligible circumstances will have any resulting bonuses and winnings cancelled.

7. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to restrict or suspend their access to the platform. 9. Account Closure

You may close your JK4 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — provided it is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement or under review for a policy violation — can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

JK4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if it determines that a player has violated these Terms. This includes, without limitation, providing false registration information, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent transactions, abusing promotional offers, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes. Funds associated with accounts closed for Terms violations may be forfeited in full.

10. Limitation of Liability

JK4 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. JK4 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues, or game interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our direct control.

JK4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of JK4 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property
